Effective 10 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-10
DialonCloud helps businesses reach people they have a real relationship with. This policy explains what is not allowed on the platform, so that email, SMS and calls from DialonCloud stay wanted and safe.
Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to everyone who uses DialonCloud: account owners, their team members, and anyone who sends email, SMS or calls through a DialonCloud workspace. You are responsible for everything sent from your workspace, including by people you invite and by integrations you connect.
Prohibited content
You must not send, link to or host content that is:
- Phishing, or designed to trick people into giving up passwords, payment details or personal information.
- Impersonating a brand, bank, government body or another person or company.
- Malware, or links to malicious or compromised sites.
- Promoting illegal goods or services.
- Hateful, harassing, threatening or violent.
- Adult or sexually explicit material.
- Get-rich-quick offers, pyramid schemes or misleading income claims.
- Debt-relief or cryptocurrency investment schemes that mislead recipients.
- Deceptive tender, vendor-registration or fee-for-registration scams.
Prohibited practices
- Sending to purchased, rented, harvested or scraped lists, or to anyone who has not agreed to hear from you.
- Sending without a lawful basis or the consent that the law of the recipient's country requires.
- Hiding or faking who you are, including false sender names, false reply-to addresses and forged headers.
- Using misleading subject lines or From names.
- Evading our checks, limits or reviews, for example by rewording content to avoid link and content scans or by using link shorteners to hide destinations.
- Opening multiple accounts or workspaces to get around sending limits, a suspension or a review.
Calls and SMS
- Get consent before calling or texting, and keep a record of it.
- Respect Do Not Call and opt-out lists, and honour a request to stop immediately.
- Follow the telemarketing and messaging laws that apply to you and to the people you contact, such as TCPA in the United States and TRAI in India, including permitted calling hours and quiet hours.
- Stay within the country limits on your workspace. Ask support if you need another country enabled.
- Do not use DialonCloud numbers to generate premium-rate or toll-fraud traffic, or to run robocall or spoofing campaigns.
What we do
- We review new workspaces before they can send to the public. Until a workspace is approved it can only message its own team.
- We apply daily sending limits, which may change as your account builds a good record.
- We automatically scan campaigns for risky links and wording, and hold anything suspicious until a person has looked at it.
- We pause sending when bounce or complaint rates suggest a problem.
- We may suspend a workspace immediately and without notice for serious abuse, such as phishing, malware or fraud.
- We may terminate accounts that break this policy, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.
Reporting abuse
If you received something sent through DialonCloud that breaks this policy, email [email protected] and include the full message with headers if you can. We investigate every report.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date and version at the top of the page show the current one. Continuing to use DialonCloud after a change means you accept the updated policy.
