It’s a hybrid model: a flat base plan includes a monthly email allowance, and you scale up by choosing a higher email-volume tier as you grow — similar to Klaviyo. Voice and SMS run on your own connected Twilio account, billed by Twilio directly.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. During beta you get 2 months free with no credit card required, then your chosen plan begins.
Do I pay DialonCloud for calls and texts?+
No. You connect your own Twilio account and pay Twilio directly for voice and SMS usage. DialonCloud does not resell minutes or messages, so you get transparent telephony costs.
What happens if I exceed my email allowance?+
You simply move up to the next email-volume tier. Allowances reset each billing cycle, and you can change tiers as your sending grows.
What integrations are included?+
