  1. Subscription Cancellation: If a user cancels their subscription before the current billing cycle ends, their subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. The user will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

  2. Refund policy: In case of any refund, the refund process may take approximately 2-7 business days to reflect in the customer's bank account.
