Effective 10 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-10
Unwanted email harms the people who receive it and the senders who rely on inboxes trusting them. This policy sets out the rules every DialonCloud customer agrees to follow when sending email.
Consent is required
You may only email people who have agreed to hear from you, or where the law of the recipient's country allows it and you can show the relationship. Buying, renting or scraping an email list is not consent. Keep a record of when and how each person opted in.
Unsubscribe in every marketing email
Every marketing email must include a working unsubscribe link. DialonCloud adds one for you; do not remove, hide or disable it.
Honour opt-outs
When someone unsubscribes or complains, stop emailing them. DialonCloud suppresses those addresses automatically. Do not re-import them or try to send to them from another workspace or tool.
Identify yourself
- Use a real From name and a sender address on a domain you own and have verified.
- Include a valid physical postal address for your business in every marketing email.
- Write subject lines that honestly describe the message.
Bounce and complaint thresholds
Healthy senders have very few bounces and complaints. To protect everyone's deliverability, DialonCloud automatically pauses sending from a workspace when its bounce rate reaches 5% or its complaint rate reaches 0.1%. A paused workspace can resume once the cause is fixed and our team has confirmed it. Repeated problems can lead to suspension.
List hygiene
- Remove addresses that bounce and people who have not engaged for a long time.
- Verify addresses before importing them; DialonCloud can check them for you.
- Do not send to role addresses or spam traps, and do not guess addresses.
- Only add people who have actually opted in.
Reporting spam sent through DialonCloud
If you received spam sent through DialonCloud, email [email protected] with the full message and headers. We will investigate and act, which can include suspending the sender. You can also use the unsubscribe link in the message.
